• Subscription data (plan, billing cycle, payment method)
• Consent timestamp (GDPR logging)
• Technical data: IP address (server log, 7 days)

• Providing access to the member area and purchased content
• Billing and payment processing
• Sending transactional emails (registration, payment confirmation)

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent at registration).

5. Third parties

Stripe: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), subject to their own privacy policy.

Google reCAPTCHA: We use reCAPTCHA v2 by Google LLC to prevent abuse during registration.

6. Retention

Your data is stored while your account is active and beyond that according to legal retention requirements (7 years for accounting records).
